Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive / Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and connecting with prospective clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales of premium real estate properties. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, conducting property presentations, addressing client inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring effective deal closures. The candidate will also collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve set revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client relationship management
- Proficiency in client management and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Expertise in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and local languages will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
