🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Associate / Sales Executive (Sales + Training Role)
đź“ŤLocation - Coimbatore

We’re looking for a driven and people-oriented professional who enjoys both closing deals and enabling others to succeed. This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll spend 50% of your time in sales and 50% training new joiners across locations.
What you'll do:
Sales (50%)
- Connect with prospective and existing clients via calls, meetings, and emails
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Manage the complete sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM/tools
Training & Enablement (50%)
- Conduct training sessions for new joiners
- Travel to our offices in Noida, Bangalore, and Coimbatore for in-person training
- Simplify sales processes and help new hires ramp up quickly
- Act as a bridge between teams to ensure consistent knowledge sharing
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to both sell effectively and train confidently
- Comfortable with frequent travel
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Bonus Points if you have:
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience in training, mentoring, or onboarding
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and a local language
