What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Outreach: Engage with prospective clients in the Indian market, introducing them to Syncup Solution and explaining the value it brings to their business.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions that will help them succeed.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads, ensuring they align with Syncup ideal customer profile for smoother handoffs to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with our experienced sales team to refine strategies, improve outreach, and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential as you’ll be engaging with Startup Clients
- Freshers & 1-2 Years of Sales Experience: Whether you're new to sales or have a bit of experience, we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a winning team.
- Passion for Sales: A natural drive to connect with people, build relationships, and close deals. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to hit targets, you’re the right fit!
