Role Description
This full-time, on-site role, located in Chandigarh, is for a Sales Executive specializing in robotic sales at KUKA. The Sales Executive will develop and maintain client relationships, identify prospective accounts, and generate sales leads. Primary responsibilities include presenting KUKA's robotic and automation solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves regular collaboration with clients to align KUKA’s tailored solutions with customers’ needs and delivering value-driven outcomes. Additionally, the Sales Executive will monitor market trends, provide feedback to product development teams, and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Technical expertise in automation solutions, robotic systems, or related industries
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate those into tailored solutions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Presentation, communication, and proposal creation abilities
- Knowledge of market trends in key industries such as automotive, electronics, and healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in automation or sales of technical solutions is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
