Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive for our jewellery retail store in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional in-store shopping experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide product information related to gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business.
• Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation.
• Assist in billing coordination and order processing.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with inventory/store team for stock availability.
• Maintain records of customer preferences and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (jewellery/luxury retail preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
