Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Executive to drive outbound lead generation in the UK market.
Your primary responsibility is to identify, research, and connect with UK facilities managers, property managers, building owners, and related service providers, then book qualified meetings for the founder.
You will engage prospects through:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn messaging
- Lead research and prospecting
You will not be closing deals — your focus is opening opportunities that lead to sales.
This is a remote role with full training, direct mentorship from the founder, and strong growth potential into leadership and closing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 30–50 outbound calls per day to UK prospects
- Send 30–50 personalised outreach emails daily
- Research and generate new leads through online platforms, directories, LinkedIn, and databases
- Reach out to facilities managers, property managers, commercial building owners, and related service providers
- Book qualified meetings for the founder
- Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, emails, follow-ups, outcomes)
- Submit weekly performance and strategy reports
- Represent DroneXclean professionally in all communications
- Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience
- Experience in UK, EU, or US outbound markets preferred
- Excellent spoken English with clear and neutral communication
- Strong written English for professional email outreach
- Self-motivated with a strong “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable handling rejection and objections
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work UK business hours (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and headset
- Prior CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Compensation
- Monthly Pay: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: Incentives for qualified meetings resulting in closed deals (unlimited earning potential)
- Independent contractor role (tax handled by candidate)
- Tools provided: UK number, CRM access, email systems
