Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive/Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager located in Madgaon. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals for the institution. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.The individual will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and offering tailored banking solutions to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their financial goals, identifying suitable products, building and nurturing long-term relationships, and achieving sales performance targets. The role demands a customer-first approach and proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify leads, pitch financial products, and close deals.
- Relationship management acumen, with experience in understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Financial or banking industry knowledge would be is preferred, with familiarity in banking products and services being an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
