Role Description
As a Sales Executive and Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and maintaining strong client relationships. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying clients' property or service requirements, assisting them in property search or service selection, offering custom solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. You will also collaborate with other teams to meet sales targets, provide market insights, and address any concerns raised by clients. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, offering opportunities to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service expertise.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and platforms related to property search and customer management.
- Understanding of the real estate market and related services is advantageous.
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Bengaluru and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus.
