Role Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, and driving property sales. You will handle inquiries, conduct site visits, explain project details, and follow up with clients to convert leads into bookings. You will also coordinate with internal teams for documentation, assist customers through the purchase process, and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales experience. This role requires strong communication, convincing skills, and a target-driven approach.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, website leads)
- Generate leads through:
- Brokers / Channel partners
- Referrals
- Cold calling
- Site visits & events
Client Interaction
- Understand customer requirements (budget, location, type)
- Explain project details (pricing, amenities, payment plans)
- Maintain regular follow-ups
Site Visits
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Give project presentations
- Handle objections and convince clients
Sales Closure
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Convert leads into bookings
- Collect booking amount
Documentation & Co-ordination
- Coordinate with CRM / legal team
- Assist customers with:
- Agreement
- Loan processing
- Registration
Daily Activities
- Making calls to leads
- Fixing and attending site visits
- Client meetings
- Updating (lead status)
- Follow-up for conversion
Qualifications and Required Skills
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Background in real estate firms is added advantage)
- 1-3 Years of experience in real-estate sales
Required Skills
- Communication (English + local language – Kannada / Telugu / Tamil)
- Convincing & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate market
- Ability to work under targets
Salary
2.5 - 4 LPA (Fixed)
