Sales Executive, Real Estate
Premier Group is looking for a driven Sales Executive to manage end-to-end real estate sales for our in-house residential developments. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, from first inquiry through to deal closure, and play a central role in converting leads into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification, follow-up, site visits, and deal closure
- Conduct and manage site visits with prospective buyers across Premier Group developments
- Present project details including pricing, unit layouts, amenities, and payment terms clearly and confidently
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, messages, and walk-ins with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline progress
- Coordinate with the internal project and operations team to ensure a seamless buyer experience
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a client-facing sales role
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive, consultative selling style
- Comfortable with on-ground, field-based work including regular site visits
- Target-driven with strong follow-through and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree preferred; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
