Job Summary
Jamibadi.com is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in telecalling and property sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and converting inquiries into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on property inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain property features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with property owners, builders, and the internal sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on the local real estate market and available property inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or property marketing.
- Proven experience in handling property sales calls and client interactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients at property locations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Must possess a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

- Strong customer relationship management.
- Ability to close sales independently.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.
