Role Description
As a Sales Executive - Real Estate at Homz N Space, you will play an integral role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional advisory services to clients. Your responsibilities will include liaising with potential property buyers, understanding their needs, conducting property site visits in Bengaluru, and guiding them in making informed investment decisions. You will also cultivate and maintain relationships with builders, ensure accurate property listings, and stay updated on real estate market trends. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to drive customer engagement and close deals
- Knowledge of real estate trends, property evaluation, and advisory services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
- Freshers are preferred, experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required
