Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vapi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting and promoting the company’s offerings, negotiating with clients to close sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role involves collaborating with the internal team to meet sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales reports to management. The Executive will also represent the company at events, trade fairs, and client meetings to build brand visibility and trust.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent Communication, Active Listening, and Interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the Construction and Real Estate market in South Gujarat
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and report creation
- Effective Time Management and Organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or sales will be an advantage
- Strong work ethic, customer-focused mindset, and problem-solving abilities
