Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. As an authorized Channel Partner of Lodha Group, we specialize in the sales and marketing of premium Lodha properties across the city. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales, from lead generation and site visits to closing deals within the Lodha ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Mumbai property market and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of various Lodha Group projects, including floor plans, pricing, amenities, and USPs.
- Lead Management: Follow up on incoming leads promptly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for Lodha inventory.
- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and suggest the most suitable Lodha residential or commercial properties.
- Site Visits: Conduct professional site inspections and property tours at Lodha sites, highlighting key features and investment benefits.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate pricing and payment plans to successfully close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Developer Liaison: Coordinate with Lodha’s internal sales teams to ensure a smooth booking and documentation process for clients.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-brokers and existing clients for referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Knowledge of Lodha properties is a major plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Mumbai’s geography, property rates, and RERA regulations.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel to various Lodha project sites across Mumbai.
