The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, candidate will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Job description
1) Calling on leads and ensuring site visits
2) Engagement with hot prospects for generating business
3) Negotiating package deal with developers
4) Closing the hot prospects to generate revenue
5) Meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets
