Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive property sales and manage client relationships for our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound property inquiries from various marketing channels
- Conduct personalized site visits and project presentations for potential buyers
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups
- Track sales pipeline, maintain accurate records in CRM, and report sales performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (high-value product sales)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management ability
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented

- Experience working with real estate CRM platforms
- Strong broker or channel partner network in the Nagpur market
