Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Executive at Wittmann Battenfeld India. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's range of injection molding machines, automation systems, and peripheral equipment. The Sales Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also includes conducting market research, staying updated on industry trends, and representing the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Knowledge of injection molding machines, automation systems, or related equipment is highly desirable
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Analytical skills for conducting market research and understanding industry trends
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial sales, particularly in the plastics or manufacturing sector, is a plus
