🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive - Productised Marketing Services
Digitalise Me is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai.
This is an on-site, full-time role for someone who understands consultative selling and has experience selling SaaS products, marketing services, or other productized business services.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Identifying and connecting with potential clients
• Understanding business requirements and recommending suitable solutions
• Conducting sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups
• Managing leads through the complete sales pipeline
• Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms
• Closing monthly retainers and one-time projects
• Maintaining accurate sales records and revenue forecasts
• Coordinating with the internal marketing and delivery teams
Who we’re looking for:
• 2–4 years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Previous experience selling SaaS products, digital marketing services, or productized services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confidence in handling discovery calls and closing conversations
• A self-driven, target-oriented approach
• Ability to work from our Mumbai office
Compensation:
💰 Fixed salary: ₹22,000 per month
📈 10% commission on every retainer closed ( one month client stay)
📈 5% commission on every one-time project closed
🔥 No cap on commissions
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Experience required: 2–4 years
This role is ideal for someone who wants a stable base salary with strong, uncapped earning potential based on performance.
