Role Description
The Sales Executive for Premium Properties will be responsible for managing and closing sales of high-value real estate properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and following leads, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting site visits, and advising clients on property options based on their needs. The Sales Executive will also be required to negotiate contracts and assist clients throughout the sales process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for developing client relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate market, especially premium properties in Bengaluru, is preferred
- Basic understanding of contracts and legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM software, and data reporting
- Prior experience in real estate or a related sales domain is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
