Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to inform them about our healthcare services, packages, and offers, and encourage bookings.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries related to doctors, services, timings, and pricing, and guide patients through the appointment process.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, update records, and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM/hospital system.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, and upselling relevant health packages where appropriate.
- Maintain call logs, patient interaction details, and outcomes, and work towards daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Follow all healthcare confidentiality, data protection, and communication guidelines during every interaction.
Work Mode, Location, and Growth
- Work Mode: Work From Home initially; the company may later require work from office based on business needs and performance.
- Work Hours: Full-time, with the possibility of rotational shifts, weekends, or extended hours depending on patient demand.
- Career Growth: High performers can be promoted to Front Office Executive roles, handling in-person patient registration, guidance, billing support, and general reception duties at the healthcare facility.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree in any field is an advantage, especially in healthcare, life sciences, or commerce.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service; healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local/regional language, with a polite and empathetic telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email) and comfort using CRM or hospital management software.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections and rejections positively while staying target-oriented.
