Sales Associate – Real Estate (Plots / Villas)
Location: Parel, Mumbai
About the Role
At Value Properties, this role is not just about sales—it is an opportunity to engage with and advise some of India’s most discerning clients looking to invest in second homes and high-potential plotted developments. You will be responsible for guiding premium buyers through their investment journey, helping them make informed decisions while delivering a high-quality, consultative experience. These projects range from 1 Cr to 15 Cr in ticket sizes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Engage with prospective clients and understand their investment or second home requirements
- Present project details clearly and build strong interest in site visits
- Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel
- Coordinate and schedule site visits, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Prior experience in plotted developments will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to influence and persuade potential customers
- Willingness to work on weekends (mandatory)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups
