Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, street-smart Business Development Executive to drive on-ground sales activities. This role involves direct, face-to-face interaction with potential customers—building interest, creating engagement, and converting leads into business. You will play a key role in driving visibility and revenue through real-time, field-driven marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground visits to potential customers, businesses, and target locations to generate leads
- Engage directly with prospects, communicate product/service value, and build strong first-level relationships
- Deliver live product demonstrations or service presentations and confidently address customer queries
- Identify market opportunities and convert field leads into paying customers
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, and conversions using CRM/reporting tools
- Negotiate pricing and close deals during field interactions wherever possible
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing/operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Conduct regular follow-ups for renewals, upselling, and relationship building
- Share on-ground insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine strategy
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales and/or field sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
