Job Description – Sales Executive
Business: Natural Veneers

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Execuitve/ Senior Sales Executive to drive primary and secondary sales for our Natural Veneers business in the Bangalore market. The ideal candidate should have experience in Project/Channel sales within the building materials industry and possess strong market engagement capabilities with dealers, influencers, and secondary customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly primary sales targets
- Strengthen and expand the Influencer network in Bangalore.
- Drive secondary sales through Influencer engagement and joint market visits.
- Generate and convert secondary leads from site visits and dealer references.
- Organize and conduct influencer meets with Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors.
- Ensure Service/Samples/Quotations to Influencer and build strong relationships
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support dealers by providing Secondary Leads/Conversion
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in Channel Sales/Project Sales within the Building Materials industry.
- Experience in Veneers, Laminates, Plywood, MDF, Decorative Panels, or related products preferred.
- Strong understanding of primary & secondary sales concepts.
- Good network in Bangalore. (Influencer Network of Architects/Contractors/Interior Designers)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with excellent communication skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
