Job Title: Sales Executive – Motor Insurance CompanyLocation: Muscat, Oman
Job Description:We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing Motor Insurance Company in Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets• Identify and approach potential clients• Present and explain insurance products clearly to customers• Build and maintain long-term client relationships• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records• Stay updated on company products and market trends
Requirements:• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (insurance experience is a MUST)• Valid driving license and own car (must be mobile)• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)• Presentable appearance• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality• Social, proactive, and able to work under pressure
