Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage the sale of mobiles, laptops, accessories, and electronic gadgets. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements for mobiles, laptops, accessories, and gadgets
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
- Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
- Maintain strong product knowledge on latest models, offers, and trends
- Handle billing support, warranty explanation, and after-sales coordination
- Ensure proper display, stock availability, and merchandising standards
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat sales
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales (electronics preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, laptops, accessories, and gadgets
- Customer-centric approach with good persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Education
- Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
