Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Mineral Sales Executive with strong industry knowledge and a passion for driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling mineral products such as China Clay, Marble, M-Sand, Silica, and related materials. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Mining, Construction, Ceramic, and Real Estate sectors.
- Promote and sell mineral products including China Clay, Marble, M-Sand, Silica, and other related materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Ensure smooth coordination with operations and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in mineral, mining, building materials, or related sales.
- Strong understanding of mineral products such as China Clay, Marble, M-Sand, Silica, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Willingness to relocate to Jaipur (C-Scheme location), if required.
