Role OverviewWe are hiring MBA freshers for a field-intensive role involving meetings with schools, coaching institutes, and academic centers.
This role requires someone who can represent the company, build relationships, and clearly communicate our counselling services to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Visit schools, coaching institutes, and academic centers to introduce Twinbirds Education
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and management
- Present and explain our counselling programs and services
- Generate leads and organize counselling sessions / seminars
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution of sessions
- Travel regularly for meetings, outreach, and events
Who Should Apply- MBA (Marketing / Business Development preferred) – Freshers welcome
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interest in the education and counselling sector
- Willingness to travel extensively and meet people daily
- Confident, presentable, and proactive personality
