Role Overview
Executive - Business Development will be responsible for driving institutional and corporate group
sales across the Pathanamthitta region. This is a field-intensive, target-driven role designed for high potential MBA fresher’s aspiring to build a strong career in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges, corporates, tuition centers, associations,
and institutions in Pathanamthitta district.
- Conduct field visits and deliver sales presentations to Principals, Management Heads, HR
Heads, and Admin departments.
- Promote Wonderla’s group booking packages, seasonal campaigns, and corporate offerings.
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with park operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless booking execution.
- Participate in local promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance dashboards.
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing & Sales) – 2025- 2026 Pass-outs
- Fresher’s with internship exposure in Sales / Business Development preferred
Desired candidate profile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Malayalam & English mandatory).
- High energy and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Strong local knowledge of Pathanamthitta region preferred
