Job Description
This organization is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive fresher The ideal candidate should have
excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to generate business,
and experience in managing the complete sales cycle. Candidates from the Water
Treatment, Water Storage Tank, Silos, Industrial Equipment, Construction
Materials, or Engineering Products industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold
calling, networking, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and
solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to
clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer
satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and
opportunities in CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in client visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Skills Required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Qualification
• MBA (Marketing/Sales) or Equivalent.
• Fresher
• Experience in Water Treatment, Water Storage Tanks, Grain Storage Silos,
Industrial Equipment, Construction Materials, or related industries will be
preferred.
