Job Title: Sales Executive / Manager – Managed Servives & Cybersecurity Services

Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Professional to help grow our cybersecurity
services portfolio. The ideal candidate understands solution-based selling and has experience
engaging with enterprise clients to position managed services, professional consulting, or
cybersecurity offerings. This is not a cold-calling role — it’s about building meaningful
conversations, understanding client pain points, and driving opportunities from pitch to closure.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and cybersecurity
services space (Managed Services, SOC, Cloud Security, etc.).
● Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to build customized solutions
that address client requirements.
● Develop and execute account strategies, sales plans, and lead generation activities to
achieve quarterly and annual targets.
● Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s service offerings and translate
technical capabilities into business value for clients.
● Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations in collaboration with the pre-sales
team.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
● Track pipeline, forecasts, and customer insights in the CRM system.
● Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
● 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity services sales (preferably in B2B / enterprise
space).
● Strong understanding of managed services, or cybersecurity solutions (SOC, Cloud,
DevSecOps, Network Security, etc.).
● Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across delivery, pre-sales, and
marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related
field.
● Experience in selling to BFSI, Telecom, or Enterprise clients.
● Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms.
