*Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight Forwarding*
_Location: East Andheri, Mumbai | Experience: 5+ years | Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience & skills)_
*About the Role*
We’re looking for a hardcore, target-driven B2B sales professional to grow business for our logistics and freight forwarding services. This is a field-intensive role focused on new client acquisition, revenue growth, and leading sales efforts.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Drive aggressive B2B sales to achieve revenue and incentive targets
- Identify and acquire new customers in chemical, aviation, cargo logistics, and supply chain sectors
- Conduct regular field visits and travel to client locations
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring performance and target alignment
- Collaborate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution
- Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts to close complex deals
- Develop and execute strategies for new account acquisition and market expansion
- Maintain pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and regular reporting
*Candidate Profile*
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Prior industry exposure in chemical, aviation, cargo, or shipping preferred
- Demonstrated track record of aggressive, target-driven corporate sales
- Willingness for extensive field work and client travel
- Experience managing or leading a sales team
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on revenue growth and incentives
