About Us
The Media Melon is a creative production space that offers studio rentals and brand shoot services to brands, agencies, creators and production houses. We're growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional to bring in new business and fill our studio calendar.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating and converting leads for our studio rentals and brand shoot services. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role. You'll spend much of your day reaching out to prospects, pitching our offerings and turning conversations into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily cold calls to brands, agencies, e-commerce businesses, content creators, photographers and production houses
- Generate leads through other channels such as LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs
- Pitch studio rental packages and brand shoot services, and explain the setup, pricing and availability
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until they convert into bookings
- Schedule studio visits and walk clients through the space
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and rate cards
- Coordinate with the production team to confirm availability and requirements
- Maintain a lead tracker or CRM with call logs, follow-ups and conversion status
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for leads generated, studio visits and bookings
- Build relationships that lead to repeat clients and referrals
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales or business development experience, ideally in studio rentals, photography, videography or brand shoots
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
- Basic understanding of how shoots work (photo, video, product, fashion, content)
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, target-driven and organised with follow-ups
- Willing to work onsite
Good to Have
- An existing network of brands, agencies or creators in Delhi NCR
- Experience with a CRM tool
- Based in East Delhi or nearby (Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Mayur Vihar, Patparganj, Anand Vihar, etc.) for an easy commute
