Role Overview
This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in or inbound customers to understand their requirements
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals
- Present product and service information clearly
- Assist customers throughout the decision-making process
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers may apply)
- 0–2 years of experience in B2C sales, customer service, retail, or telesales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
