Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include client meetings, property visits, market research, and contract negotiations. Additional tasks include coordinating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and resolving any client issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and market analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in the Greater Kolkata Area
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
