Eligibility & Requirements
• Recent graduates
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail / Jewellery / Lifestyle stores
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong customer handling & sales skills
• Presentable, confident & sales-driven mindset
Roles & Responsibilities
• Greet customers and understand their needs
• Drive in-store sales and achieve daily/monthly targets
• Explain product features, pricing & offers clearly
• Maintain high standards of customer experience
• Handle billing, basic inventory & store upkeep
• Build long-term customer relationships.
