Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store shopping experiences.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing conversions and average billing.
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Demonstrate product knowledge, including diamonds, gold, and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.
Handle billing support, inventory coordination, and after-sales service.
Participate in store events, promotions, and client outreach activities.
Follow company SOPs related to sales, customer service, and store operations.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Jewellery Retail, Luxury Retail, or Premium Fashion Retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
Target-driven with excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred
Experience in diamond or lab-grown diamond jewellery sales.
Knowledge of jewellery certifications and retail billing systems.
