Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – IT Solutions to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for selling IT services and solutions, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, CRM updates, and reports
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
(Sales managers are responsible for planning strategies, managing pipelines, and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT services / software solutions sales (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle client meetings and demos confidently
- Good knowledge of sales funnel, CRM tools, and lead management
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to close deals
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / SaaS Sales
- Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition preferred
