Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive with hands-on experience in IT software / SaaS sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while working with B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Generate high-quality leads for business growth
2. Sales & Conversion- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable SaaS/software solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations via virtual platforms (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Handle objections, negotiations, and close deals effectively
3. Client Management- Manage end-to-end B2B client relationships
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients
Candidate Profile (Who Fits This Role)- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based product selling
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (LinkedIn, cold calling/emailing)
- Confident in delivering demos and closing deals
- Ability to independently handle B2B clients
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in companies such as Zoho, Freshworks, LeadSquared, Darwinbox, Keka HR, Chargebee, or similar SaaS/IT organizations will be preferred.
