About The Role
We’re looking for a confident, driven, and ambitious Sales Executive Intern who wants real exposure to B2B sales — not just an internship certificate.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll actively contribute to business growth by speaking with prospects, generating leads, building relationships, and helping move deals forward.
You’ll work directly with the founding team, learn how modern sales actually works, and gain experience most interns never get access to.
If you’re someone who enjoys conversations, thinks fast, handles rejection well, and wants to grow in sales/business development — this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
→ Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and calls
→ Start conversations and build strong business relationships
→ Present Rapidcode’s cloud and tech services with clarity and confidence
→ Follow up with leads and help move opportunities through the pipeline
→ Maintain outreach and lead tracking records
→ Collaborate with the founding team on messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
→ Bring ideas to the table — your input will genuinely matter here
What We’re Looking For
→ Strong communication and persuasion skills
→ Confidence speaking with new people and handling objections
→ Self-driven mindset with a willingness to learn quickly
→ Someone reliable, proactive, and execution-focused
→ Freshers and final-year students are welcome
→ Prior sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement
→ Basic understanding of tech, SaaS, or cloud services is helpful but not mandatory
→ Stable internet connection and availability during working hours
