Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Development Intern. The intern will engage in market research, identify new business opportunities, assist in lead generation efforts, and support customer relationship management. Duties include analyzing market trends, interacting directly with potential partners and clients, and contributing to strategic planning and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential business customers
• Generate leads and assist the sales team
• Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
• Support business development activities
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, B.Com, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand basic market data and trends
• Good communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Interest in lead generation and market research to identify new business opportunities
• Ability to think strategically and work well with different teams
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
