Role Description
This role is for a full-time Real Estate General Manager, based on-site in Hyderabad. The Real Estate General Manager will oversee property operations, manage leasing and sales activities, and lead property development. Responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and optimizing property performance. The role requires strategic planning and operational leadership to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in property operations, leasing, and sales management
- Skills in strategic planning, business oversight, and team leadership
- Proficient in market analysis, budgeting, and financial management
- Solid knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the Hyderabad real estate market is an advantage
