Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs and requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present design concepts and project proposals to clients, highlighting the value and feasibility.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to close deals effectively.
- Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
- Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in interior sales or related sales roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales generation
- Preferred
- Experience with design presentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of interior design trends and market dynamics
- Existing network within the real estate or construction industry
