Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive - Inside Sales in Bengaluru North. The Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue growth through lead generation, prospecting, and converting potential learners or clients into customers. Responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, providing detailed information about online programs, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with team members to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify prospective clients and convert leads.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional support.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including negotiating, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster long-term client engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the Edtech industry is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
