About Us
Leadership & Sustainability GmbH is a Germany-based auditing firm helping organisations grow through transformative leadership development and sustainable business practices. We are expanding our operations across India and Sri Lanka through our India office.
The Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to own sales and business development across India and Sri Lanka — building client relationships, growing revenue, and establishing our brand in the region.
Tasks
What You'll Do
- Drive B2B sales of our audit and verification services to brands, manufacturers, and factories across textile, hardgoods, and consumer goods sectors.
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet targets.
- Plan and execute localised marketing campaigns, events, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across India and Sri Lanka.
- Report market insights and sales performance to headquarters.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years in B2B sales or business development — sustainability, audit services, or professional services in textile, hardgoods, or consumer goods preferred.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and winning new clients.
- Strong knowledge of the textile, hardgoods, or consumer goods market in India; Sri Lanka exposure is a plus.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi; willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
