Want a good sales job and to earn money?
We're a digital marketing company that helps businesses grow online. We need Four (4) smart Sales Executives to join our team in Rajapalayam.
We will give you 10 to 15 leads every single day. Your main job is to talk to these customers, explain our products and services, and convert them into sales.
This job is for people with at least 2 years of sales experience. Or, if you have less experience, you must be highly confident in selling, which will be tested in your interview. You'll learn new skills and grow fast with us.
How You Get Paid & Your Work Hours
- Base Salary: You will get a fixed salary of INR 12,000 per month.
- Sales Incentives: You can earn extra money with two types of incentives, which will give you 10% and 20% of the sales you book.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with a lunch break)
- Work Days: 5 days a week in our Rajapalayam office. On Saturdays, it is a half-day from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and you can work from home (after your probationary period).
What You Will Do:
- Convert leads into sales: Talk to the 10 to 15 daily customers we give you and close the deals.
- Talk to businesses: Call them to tell them how our services help their business earn more money.
- Follow up: Keep talking to interested customers to help them understand.
- Use Excel: Keep good notes and track your sales work clearly in Excel.
- Sell more: Work to reach your sales goals and earn high incentives.
What We Need from You
Experience: At least 2 years in sales preferred, or high confidence in selling (tested in the interview).
Technical Skills: You need to know Microsoft Excel better to manage sales data.
Language: You must speak Tamil very well. A basic understanding of English is enough.
Good at talking: You must be good at speaking so people understand you easily.
Love Sales: You like selling and want to keep up with the sales targets.
Location: You must be ready to work onsite at our Rajapalayam office.
