Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and nurture potential leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Present and promote SMARRTIF AI’s services to prospective clients and institutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate plans or consultation packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools regularly.
- Participate in career fairs, college drives, and online promotions to enhance brand visibility.
