We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, engage prospects, deliver product demos in English and Hindi, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, understanding customer needs, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and lead outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations in English and Hindi to prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services effectively
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve assigned sales targets
- Proactively learn and develop a strong understanding of the product to communicate its value clearly
- Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates
- Conduct market research to identify new lead sources and business opportunities
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including calls, references, and networking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and processes
