The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing hunter for the Banking

& Financial Services vertical based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have

4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to mid-sized

and large banks/ BFSI/ Insurance in India. You should have deep relationships in the banking industry and a strong understanding of the technology decision-making process in financial institutions.


What You’ll Do:

● Own and drive revenue growth for the banking vertical across large and mid-sized

banks.

● Create and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Banking clients.

● Build and nurture CXO-level relationships within banks.

● Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solution selling, not just product

pitching.

● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closure and

account expansion.

● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure

strong pre- and post-sales engagement.

● Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and messaging.

● Report pipeline metrics and forecasts to senior leadership regularly.


You Are Someone Who:

● Has 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS/technology products.

● Proven success in selling to banks in India, especially mid to large-sized banks.

● Based in Mumbai.

● Deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, decision-making hierarchies, and digital

transformation trends in banking.

● Demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

● Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions to BFSI.

● Existing network within banking CXOs, Business Heads.

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, or a related field.
