Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the UP Uttarakhand region.
Develop and expand the dealer/distributor/channel partner network across key industrial hubs including Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rudrapur, Pantnagar, and SIDCUL belt.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HVAC contractors, AHU/FCU manufacturers, OEMs, pharmaceutical units, food processing plants, automotive units, hospitals, cleanroom operators, and commercial real estate developers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, project managers, and end-users.
Conduct technical product presentations, site visits, and customer demonstrations.
Coordinate with the in-house technical and design team for filter selection, sizing, and customized solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, quotation, negotiation, order closure, dispatch coordination, and payment collection.
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and report market intelligence to management.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events (e.g., ACREX, CPHI,PHAMTECH, PMECH, etc.).
Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical / HVAC / Refrigeration Air Conditioning Engineering.
(Graduates with strong relevant industry experience also considered.)
MBA in Sales Marketing will be an added advantage.
2-5 years of B2B / industrial sales experience.
Preferred Background Mandatory Preference
Candidates from HVAC (Heating, Ventilation Air Conditioning) or allied industries air filters, AHU manufacturing, clean air solutions, dust collection, IAQ products, blowers, fans, ductiting, or HVAC components.
Existing network with HVAC consultants, MEP contractors, and industrial customers in UP/Uttarakhand will be highly preferred.
Skills Attributes Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and filtration concepts (MERV ratings, EN779/ISO 16890 standards, cleanroom classifications, etc.).
Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
Negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively (1520 days/month).
Valid driving license (4-wheeler preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Compensation CTC commensurate with experience and industry standards + travel reimbursement + performance-linked incentives.
