Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive – Govt Projects located in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with governmental and institutional clients, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities within government projects, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and ability to close deals
- Communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with government and institutional clients
- Project management skills for coordinating and ensuring seamless execution of government projects
- Understanding of the sanitaryware, home solutions, or construction materials industry
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in managing government or institutional projects is a strong advantage
